Refund Policy

At Cozyduft, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our home and office fragrances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used or tampered with will not be accepted.
  • Return Window: You must initiate the return within 2 days from the receipt of your order.

Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact us at support@cozyduft.com within 2 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
  2. Prepare Your Item: Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed using the same method as your original payment.
    • For bank transfers, refunds will be processed within 3 business days (subject to bank processing times).
    • For payments made via Paystack, refunds will be processed back through Paystack.
  • Partial  Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that is not fully resalable (e.g., missing parts, not in its original packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at support@cozyduft.com within 2 days of receiving your item. Or reach out to us via any other medium on our contact page or social media page.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways for exchanges.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Any promotional items received as part of the order must also be returned in unused, original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@cozyduft.com within 2 days of receipt with details and photos of the damage or defect. Or reach out to us via any other medium on our contact page or social media page.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, for damaged or defective items.
